Our yoga lessons for pregnant women consist of the 3 periods of pregnancy. These are classified as Early Pregnancy Period ( 1-16th Week), Middle Pregnancy Period ( 16- 34th Week) and Late Pregnancy Period ( 34-40+ week) and the yoga works are practiced specially for every period.
